Standardized production workshop and pure water system
Our company has 4 class-A filling workshops with a total construction area of 7000 m2 and 4 clean filling workshops with a total construction area of 7000 m2, and all of them meet the cleanliness standard requirements of GMP workshop grade 1000,000. The water treatment standard of pure water system meets and exceeds the Chinese pure water standard, EP and USP.
We bring in the advanced production equipment from domestic and abroad to realize the robot packing, intelligent palletizing and get the average daily capacity of 1 million cans.The equipments includes: 2 Swiss PAMASOL filling lines (accuracy ±0.02g) ; 2 Italy COSMAR binary packing filling lines; 1 Turkey SORA high speed filling lines (250 cans/min); 1 Turkey SORA high speed filling lines (250 cans/min); 10 domestic production lines with automatic filling, automatic weighing and water bath leak detection.
We have 18 buried storage tanks of 50 cubic meters with PLC and SIS safety systems, including 8 propellant storage tanks and 10 solvent storage tanks. The batching system adopts MES formula control and manufacturing process and has all kinds of mixing POTS (0.25T-10T).
